Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At PNOX, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our refund and return policy lasts for 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals intact.

Products damaged due to improper use, unauthorized repair, or physical damage are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming the status of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your card provider, as processing times may vary. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@pnox.envinto.co.in.

Sale items

Only products purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during shipping. To request an exchange, email us at info@pnox.envinto.co.in with your order number and details. Once your exchange is approved, you can ship your item to the address below.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please send it to the following address:

HQ: 7, Vimla Sadan, Near IIT Main Gate, Apna Bazar Road, Powai, Mumbai – 400 076, Maharashtra, India.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

For your safety, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. PNOX is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
